Bacon Quiche Biscuit Cups

Thoughts: These were a huge hit at school for one of our staff breakfasts. They are so easy to make too.   Be sure and firmly press the dough into the muffin tins all the way up the sides.  You can also use more bacon, but not too much because mixed with the cheese can get very salty. I also used cheddar cheese instead of swiss. Use whatever your favorite cheese is. Remove from the pan using a rubber spatula-they will slide out much easier.
