Thoughts: Very tasty and easy to make! I substituted the yellow cake mix with a white mix, as well as vegetable oil for canola oil. When dividing the batter into thirds, I used cereal bowls all the same size to make it as equal as possible. The "optional" confectioner's sugar is a must once the cake is done. Enjoy!
